1. How do I become a member?

2. Do I need to sign a contract to become a member?
No contract is required to become a member and have a Visual Link.
3. Will my monthly Visual Link listing fees ever increase?
No. Once you sign up your listing fee will remain the same as long as you remain a member.
4. How long does it take to complete my package after purchasing?
Processing time for creating your Visual Link package is approximately 10 business days.
5. I don’t see a category in the Visual Link directory that fits my needs. Can I name one for me specifically?
Absolutely! If you don’t see your category, we’ll be glad to create one so people can find you easily.
6. How much text can I use for my description under my Visual Link?
A maximum of 550 characters.
7. What payment methods are accepted?
Currently we accept Paypal, Checks and Money Orders. All payments should be made payable to Clear Connection, Inc.
8. What is the billing cycle?
Every 3 months from the sign-up date.
9. Can I have my Visual Link, text or web link edited once it’s been posted on the internet?
